All iThrottle products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The iThrottle controller comes with a lifetime warranty. Please note batteries are not covered by warranty.

Should there be a manufacturing fault with any items purchased online with us, please email: performancemechanical@xtra.co.nz within the 2-year warranty period to register your claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the defective item/s.

iThrottle Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess all warranty claims in accordance with New Zealand consumer law guidelines and manufacturer conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.
