1. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 1-7 working days. If you live in the Taupo area, you are welcome to collect your parcel from our head office: Performance Mechanical and Engineering, 220 Rakaunui Road, Taupo.
2. How long is the warranty on my iThrottle product?
All iThrottle products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of sale. Throttle Controllers carry a lifetime warranty. Please note batteries are not covered by warranty.

5. Will installing the iThrottle controller affect manufacturer warranty?
Generally speaking, installing the iThrottle controller should not affect your manufacturer's warranty. The iThrottle controller works by intercepting your throttle inputs and works within the confines of your factory throttle values. The iThrottle controller is 100% plug and play, and no modification to your vehicle electrics are required and is 100% reversible. Please check with your vehicle manufacturer on specific terms on throttle controllers.
